Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an event date or create a contract. A date is reserved only after availability is confirmed, a service agreement is signed, and any required payment is received.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue access, an appropriate level surface for the cart, required permissions, and any power or utility requirements communicated in advance.

Where alcohol is part of an event, service is subject to package availability, venue requirements, applicable state and local law, and any licensing or client-supplied arrangements confirmed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glacé Mobile Bar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or attendance at an event.
