Payment Policy
Deposits, balances, accepted payment methods, and payment timing for Glac\u00e9 Mobile Bar event services.
Reservation Deposit
A nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve an event date. The retainer amount is stated in your service agreement and is applied toward the total balance.
Final Balance
The remaining balance is due by the date stated in your service agreement. Events with unpaid balances may not be serviced.
Accepted Methods
Payments are accepted through secure online payment processing. Payment links are issued directly by Glacé Mobile Bar.
Additional Charges
Travel beyond the included service area, extended service hours, specialty requests, and permit or venue fees may be billed separately.
Security
Payment card details are handled by our payment processor. Glacé Mobile Bar does not store full payment card numbers.
