Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Dates are reserved on a first-confirmed basis. An inquiry alone does not hold a date. A date is secured once availability is confirmed, the agreement is signed, and the retainer is received.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Retainers are nonrefundable. Cancellations made within [X] days of the event may be subject to additional charges as outlined in your agreement.

In the rare event that Glacé Mobile Bar must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a reschedule where possible or issue a refund of amounts paid, excluding costs already incurred.

Outdoor events must provide adequate shelter and safe conditions. Unsafe conditions may require delay, relocation, or cancellation.
